The beds were large!
Bloomfield science museum was walking distance to. Room had a balcony. The staff was excellent and the hotel met requirements.
-
It is a right place for one night. We were at the suite and it met requirements. Pool area is nice. Can't beat the location, near Ein Hemed National Park.
-
The hotel lobby and rooms are well-maintained. Some of the furniture is a bit dated. It's only a few blocks from the Jerusalem Central Bus Station.
The hotel has a cockroach infestation. The first morning we noticed a cockroach on the fire detector in the dining room. A few minutes later another cockroach climbed up my leg. Needless to say, that was the end of our breakfast.
-
the pool is ok.
was really disappointed about this hotel. rooms are not clean, broken bed and chairs in mine. will not get back there the next time i will be in Jerusalem. not worth the room price.
-
Great place to attend conference and not far from the shopping center, but need a car or taxi to the city center. 30 Shekels don't pay more!
The garden is dilapidated compared to their neighboring hotel. Room service could be better. No free WiFi

The hotel has a good location near the bus station at the entrance of Jerusalem and on the new tram route. It is a 'no frills' hotel but pleasant and good value for money, with good grounds and a pool.
-
Excellent location good factilies
No complains happy all round
-
- good location (close to the central bus station, walking distance to Knesset and museum of Israel, direct tram to old city takes 15 minutes) - nice and clean room - has a pool (included into the price) - good breakfast - good staff
- the pool doesn't have any signs in English (only Hebrew), so it was hard to find a changing room or a shower, but the pool is big enough and works till 10pm, so it was very relaxing after busy day. - double bed looks like one stage and two small one-person size matrasses near each other, and two blankets. So you feel like you're sleeping on two different beds. Everything else was good.

Breakfast was very good
I booked on-line and yet, when I called from Israel to confirm my booking, they claimed that they never heard about it. Still, as there were vacancies, they allowed us (after a very long debate and begging on the phone) to show up. The stay was ok but when we tried to check out, they presented us with a bill that was totally different from the one that we got from the Internet (Booked.net). Again, a long and heated debate ensued. Finally, after we told them that they have to respect the booking that we made on-line (we had a printout of it with us), they agreed to have us pay the original amount. I explained to them that all of this was unacceptable. They have to check their relationship with Booked.net, they have to improve it and they have to respect it.

Location is right near the central station and easy access to Trams and Busses
-
location, reception staff is willing to help. Generally speaking staff is good, but maintanance is poor. Free of charge parking adds value.
hotel needs refurbishment everywhere. Cheap interior, doors at rooms, etc. SPA and gym looks old, towels in SPA are washed and clean but they don't look fresh becuase they are outworn. Outworn chairs and equipment in the restraunt. Sometimes there were plastic teaspoons for morning tea or coffee.., which is not acceptable for this class of hotels.
-
the place, near the old town, the price, incredible,
-
leaving.
Parking facilities poor got a 100 schekel parkiung ticket second night. Breakfast foods boring unappealing. I can cook and present food better than they did. We booked for the hotel under a different brand name. Getting to the hotel was difficult because of a one way street system. If The room we got was a superior room I shudder to think what a regular room was like. The Financial controller told us that the hotel was going to have a major refurb. No help to us. None of the things I saw or encountered came vaguely close to what was shown in the brochure. Staff need major retraining. The telephones were useless.

Great location
The outdoor swimming pool was unavailable
-
It had a very nice buffet breakfast.
We couldn't check in until 9 pm on Saturday (they actually got us in about 8:30 pm).
